respect, old spice man
we're officially obsessed with the old spice campaign. what began as a hilarious ad with 'i'm on a horse' to the tim & eric rendition (pa pa pa pa power!) then back to isaiah mustafa's internet takeover and 'swan dive', they've certainly taken it to a new level with the old spice youtube video replies. they've hit up people on twitter, facebook, yahoo, blogs, reddit, pretty much blowin up the internet. of course its awesomeness had to come to an end, with his final video and excellent line," SILVERFISH HANDCATCH!" whether or not it makes people buy more deodorant, it really got the world talkin about old spice. check out all his genius tweets on his twitter. best. viral campaign. ever.

united*'s representin all over the map these days. perry just spoke at shopper insights in chicago yesterday and coming up next monday is andy at cosmoprof in las vegas! above is an artist rendering of the events by jampolinski. perry as 'the gentleman storyteller' and andy as 'steve jobs with swagger'. yeap, pretty sure that's how its goin down.

title creds by prologue
so the world cup is officially over, this will be the last post about it (I think?). anyway i did enjoy watching the opening reel they have and wondered, wow that was done pretty well, only if that logo didn't suck so hard it'd be even better! (earlier rant on that here) so i've discovered the guys behind it were Prologue, who also did the sick interface graphics (best part) in the iron man movies. they've done some awesome work with many major film titles and tv shows. def worth checkin out. good stuff.

our buddy scott conant is hosting and judging a new show on food network airing july 21. it's called 24 hour restaurant battle, we'll be tuning in to see him make people cry, yeah!! look at that face, don't mess with conant.
