the perks of restaurant design

Food.

We stopped by restaurants Alto and L'impero last Friday to take some sweet pics for the website. Both identities were done by united*, and so we got the hook-up for some lunch (and dessert!) at L'impero. L'impero just closed yesterday and is returning mid-July as Convivio, which is also designed by united*. Check it out in all its glory once they open, awesome logos totally heighten the food eating experience.

Lawrence is quite the baller.

Diana Luistro joins united*

Diana finally graduates from FIT with a solid portfolio, goes on some interviews, takes a few days off, then officially joins the united* team. Upon her first day, we find her work featured on package design blog, the dieline. W00t! Check out the rest of the FIT Grad student work, class of 2008. Cheers!
